Matt is still quite sick.  Tonight his fever shot up again.  Jade and I had him undress down to his shorts and socks (he said his feet were very cold) and then I got a cool rag and would place it on him for short amounts of time.  I didn't want him to chill...but he was so hot he had a heat rash.   We were all in our bed.  Jade was searching the internet via his laptop, Matt was just laying there being Matt, and I was alternating between picking on him, moving the washcloth around and reading.  Eventually Shailynn joined us.  Jade was still on the computer, Matt was dozing and Shai and I were both reading.  It was a bit crowded....but kind of nice, just the same. 

Matt is such a special boy.  When he feels well he can go non stop.  I mean he has more energy than you can imagine.  At times though, he can be so content, just laying by your side....lost in his own little world.  He has had a lot of those "quiet moments" lately, since he has been sick.  Earlier I asked him what he was thinking of.  At first he said nothing....finally he told me he was thinking of "...carpet.  A magic carpet."  Yes....he is his daddy's boy!!!
